Between local and world flavors, Le Piaf bar invites you on a journey.

With its cozy, wood-paneled setting, Le Piaf has become a must-visit destination for lovers of refined, gourmet, and sustainable gastronomy.
Signed by Chef Paul Thévenin, the fall menu draws inspiration from around the world, using techniques that the Chef has mastered during his travels.
From grilled salmon accompanied by Sri Lankan lentil dahl to tonkotsu ramen that transports you to Japan with its marinated egg, mushrooms, nori seaweed, bonito, and pork belly, each dish invites you on a journey rich in flavors and discoveries. Back in Hauts-de-France, the Licques chicken supreme, seasoned with a coq au vin-style sauce, pays homage to the local terroir.

Le Piaf products are rigorously selected for their quality and origin, with a preference for French producers, particularly those from Île-de-France, Hauts-de-France, and Normandy.
