A CELEBRATION OF TASTE AND FLAVORS
The chef at Le Domaine des Vanneaux, Paul Thévenin, offers refined bistronomy based on seasonal products, French cuisine, and travel in our restaurant Le Piaf. For the month of December, the menu changes to highlight more festive cuisine based on holiday ingredients. This festive menu reflects our idea of gastronomy: tasty, varied, and balanced. Carefully selected products, condiments, and light touches punctuate this menu of classics and discoveries. It will be a festive, surprising, and above all, delicious experience.
On January 1, 2026, we will be transforming our brunch to give it a festive feel. You will find signature ingredients such as winter truffles, smoked salmon, capon, and oysters. The idea is to offer you a selection that will satisfy a variety of tastes. This comprehensive offering combines breakfast, lunch, and holiday products to give you a choice and quality that reflects our commitments and values.

NEW YEAR’S EVE AT LE DOMAINE DES VANNEAUX
Surrounded by your loved ones, discover our chef’s refined recipes, enjoy live music on New Year’s Eve, and end the night in a cozy nest with a view of nature.
From €619 for two people. Includes room, breakfast, New Year’s Eve dinner (excluding drinks), and live music. Brunch supplement €44 per person, replacing breakfast. City tax not included.
THE SPA, TRUE HAVEN OF PEACE
The spa offers four treatment rooms dedicated to facials and body massages, including one for duos, as well as a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi has a fireplace which, when lit, offers a magical and relaxing experience. A heated swimming pool with views of the surrounding countryside invites you to relax from April to October. The spa menu consists of 15 treatments by Cinq Mondes and Biologique Recherche, which will leave your skin glowing and provide you with a real sense of well-being.
